Rakočević Resigns as Deputy Speaker of Montenegrin Parliament

Rakočević has resigned from his position as Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of Montenegro, stating that the previous agreements between the government and opposition are no longer valid and that the opposition is being excluded from dialogue.
