Man Jailed for Taking Bets on Hong Kong Horse Races in Singapore

Ng Sea Beng was sentenced to jail for taking bets on Hong Kong horse races at an HDB block in Jurong West, Singapore. He was arrested along with three other individuals who were watching the races.
