For a house built in Kerala, another brought down in Bihar
A caste conflict in Bihar was triggered by a wage dispute over a work that was done over 2,500 kilometres away in Kerala. Amit Bhelari reports on the allegations made by both sides, which resulted in two FIRs being filed, one invoking the SC/ST Act.
