SNSD Delegates Propose Amendments to BiH Court Laws

SNSD delegates Sredoje Nović and Radovan Kovačević have proposed amendments to the laws on the Court of BiH and the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (VSTV), seeking to relocate the appellate department to Banja Luka and the VSTV seat to East Sarajevo.
