Polish Restaurants Awarded Michelin Stars, First Polish Woman Honored

The latest Michelin Guide has recognized 11 Polish restaurants with stars, including Beata Śniechowska's Baba, making her the first Polish woman to receive a Michelin star.

11 polskich restauracji wyróżnionych gwiazdką (przynajmniej jedną) w najnowszym wydaniu przewodnika Michelin. Wśród nich – wrocławska Baba prowadzona przez Beatę Śniechowską. Tegoroczna edycja była przełomowa pod wieloma względami.
