Gurugram's office boom hits a new high with 100 million sq ft of workspace

Gurugram's office stock surpassed one hundred million square feet in 2026. This milestone follows five years of strong leasing and new supply. Investment inflows reached nearly six billion dollars since 2018. Half of the city's office stock is now green-certified and institutionally owned. The market is expected to reach one hundred twenty to one hundred twenty-five million square feet by 2030.
