Russian Duma committee chair suggests single women should have children with returning soldiers and avoid IVF
Nina Ostanina, chair of the State Duma Committee for Family Protection, Parenthood, and Childhood, stated that single women in Russia should be prohibited from using artificial fertilization and should instead have children with men returning from the front.
