Lithuanian Minister Expresses Skepticism on Offshore Wind Park Development
Lithuanian Energy Minister Žygimantas Vaičiūnas stated it would be naive to discuss the development of two offshore wind parks under current conditions, as state-owned Ignitis Group analyzes its first project and a tender for a second project failed last year.
