Bar Municipality Criticized for Lack of Major Investments Despite Funds

The Bar Municipality in Montenegro is facing criticism for failing to initiate or complete any significant development investments last year, despite carrying over nearly 30 million euros. Funds were primarily allocated to road infrastructure and educational institutions in collaboration with the Ministry.
