Portugal to Extend Mobile Phone Ban in Schools to 9th Grade by 2027

Portugal's Education Minister announced that the ban on mobile phone use in schools will be extended to the 9th grade, with the new measure set to take effect on January 1, 2027, allowing schools the first academic term to adapt.
