Dutch Court Rules Fishmonger Must Be Prosecuted for Refusing Niqab-Wearing Woman
The Court of Appeal in The Hague has ruled that the Public Prosecution Service must initiate criminal proceedings against a fishmonger who refused to serve a woman wearing a niqab in his shop.
