PIC Session in Sarajevo to Select New High Representative for BiH

The Peace Implementation Council (PIC) has begun a two-day session in Sarajevo to select a successor to Christian Schmidt as the High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Discussions are also focusing on the powers and authority of the OHR.
