Polish Tax Authorities Allow Employee Invoices Outside KSeF for Cost Deductions

Polish companies can deduct expenses documented by regular invoices issued to employees, even if these invoices are not processed through the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). This interpretation has been confirmed by tax authorities.
