Arsonist of Berlin's 'Kältebus' sentenced to permanent psychiatric care
The individual suspected of setting fire to several 'Kältebus' (cold weather buses) belonging to the Berliner Stadtmission around the turn of the year has been sentenced by the Berlin Regional Court to permanent placement in a psychiatric hospital.
