SERAP Ordered to Pay N100M in Defamation Lawsuit, Calls Judgment a 'Travesty'
A Federal Capital Territory High Court ordered the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) to pay N100 million in damages for defaming two Department of State Services (DSS) officials. SERAP rejected the judgment, calling it "seriously flawed" and a "dangerous precedent."
