Civil Guard Commander Found Dead in Lugo Forest Track
Carlos Barceló, the commander of the Civil Guard in Lugo, was found dead on a forest track in Baleira. Originally from Cartagena, he resided in the command post with his two children and was deeply rooted in the province.
