Cezary Tomczyk, Deputy Minister of National Defense, stated that President Karol Nawrocki deceived soldiers by talking about a "Polish SAFE 0 percent" and should be reminded of it. Tomczyk called it a "pure deception" and an "unbelievable scandal" as it amounts to zero zlotys.
