Bulgarian Politician Finds Error in Election Commission Quota Calculations
Božidar Božanov, co-chairman of 'Yes, Bulgaria,' announced on Facebook that he found an error in the calculations used to determine the quotas for the next composition of Bulgaria's Central Election Commission (CEC).
