Singapore Proposes Harsher Penalties for Dangerous Driving and Phone Use

Singapore is considering amendments to its traffic laws, which would increase maximum jail terms for dangerous driving causing grievous hurt, lower drink-driving limits, and allow enforcement against drivers using phones with public photo or video evidence.
