Mining Claims Staked on Land Cut from Bears Ears and Grand Staircase Monuments

Prospectors are reportedly staking mining claims on land that was previously part of the Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monuments in Utah, following reductions to their protected boundaries.
