Pakistan and Russia Agree on Economic Cooperation Programme Through 2030

Pakistan and Russia have agreed to sign an Economic Cooperation Programme extending through 2030, with Pakistan's Energy Minister Awais Leghari noting the evolution of bilateral ties from 'unfriendly country' to 'reliable friend'.
