CEO of Burgas Water Utility Detained on Embezzlement Charges
The District Court in Burgas, Bulgaria, ordered the detention of Tsvetan Mirchev, the executive director of the Burgas Water Utility. He and a subordinate are accused of intentionally causing over 303,000 euros in damages to the company.
