Ombudsman Orders Officials to Respond to Complaint Over 'Bato' Escape

The Office of the Ombudsman has directed Senators Alan Peter Cayetano and Robin Padilla, along with former Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Mao Aplasca, to comment on an obstruction of justice complaint filed against them concerning the escape of 'Bato'.
