Japanese Man Arrested in Cambodia-Based Fraud Scheme

A Japanese man in his 30s, detained by Thai police this month, is suspected of being an owner in a Cambodia-based special fraud case, allegedly instructing callers to make false calls. Police plan to transfer him to Japan and arrest him on suspicion of violating organized crime punishment law.
