Latvian Competition Council Approves Pharmacy Chain Acquisition
The Latvian Competition Council has approved 'Sentor Farm aptiekas' (operator of 'Mēness aptieku' chain) to acquire 21 pharmacies from 'Latvijas aptieka', further consolidating the market where 95% of pharmacies in Riga are controlled by five major chains.
