Montenegrin Police Internal Control Identifies Misconduct in a Quarter of Cases
Montenegro's Department for Internal Control of the Police found grounds for disciplinary, ethical, or criminal responsibility in 12 out of 48 cases reviewed during the first three months of 2026. This indicates that a quarter of the police officers investigated may have violated service rules.
