Warsaw Uprising Veteran Jerzy Malewicz Dies at 97
Jerzy Malewicz, a Warsaw Uprising veteran who fought in the 'Gozdawa' battalion and was wounded, has passed away in New York at the age of 97. He was awarded the Cross of Valour and the Order of Polonia Restituta.
