Finnish Animal Charity Helping Dogs from Russia Has Bank Accounts Frozen

The "Viipurin koirat" association, which has operated for 20 years bringing hundreds of dogs from Russia to Finland annually, is attempting to open accounts with another bank after its current accounts were frozen.
