KRA Granted 60 Days to Decide in Sh1 Billion Tax Dispute with Dubai Firm

The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has been given 60 days to make a decision in a Sh1 billion tax dispute with Dubai firm Geo Chem, after a court dismissed the company's latest challenge against the assessment.
