NDRRMC reports 8 dead, 1 missing from 'Luis,' 'Maymay,' and habagat

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council reported that eight people have died and one remains missing due to the combined effects of tropical depressions 'Luis' and 'Maymay,' and the southwest monsoon (habagat).
