Kosovo Political Parties Fail to Form Government

Political parties in Kosovo, Self-Determination Movement (PS) and Democratic League of Kosovo (DSK), failed to reach a political agreement after a meeting between their leaders, ahead of the constitutional deadline for the assembly's constitution.
