Spor o Fata Morganu po dvaceti letech končí. Ústavní soud stížnost pražské botanické zahrady zamítl

Botanická zahrada hlavního města Prahy neuspěla s ústavní stížností ve sporu s architektem Zdeňkem Deylem. Justice přiznala Deylovi téměř 270 000 korun plus úroky za neoprávněné užití autorského díla, konkrétně projektu na výstavbu skleníku Fata Morgana. Soudní spor se vlekl přes 20 let, Ústavní soud (ÚS) poslední stížnost označil za neopodstatněnou, zjistila ČTK z usnesení.
