Polish Court Rules on Tax Relief for Returning Emigrants
A provincial administrative court in Gdańsk has ruled on tax relief for Poles returning from emigration, stating that even several years of living and working abroad do not automatically guarantee eligibility for PIT relief upon returning to Poland.
