NALAS Assembly Discusses Role of Local Authorities in EU Reforms

The XXI assembly of NALAS, the network of associations of local authorities of Southeast Europe, was held in Sibiu, Romania, focusing on the changing role of local authorities in Europe and their necessary involvement for successful EU reforms, with Montenegro's municipal community represented.
