Finnish Forest Service Classifies Recreational Sites, Considers Fees

Metsähallitus, the Finnish Forest and Park Service, is classifying its recreational sites based on usage, with some in Lapland potentially facing closure or transfer of responsibility. The agency is also exploring the implementation of user fees for these destinations.
