João Carlos Loureiro Elected President of Portugal's Constitutional Court
João Carlos Loureiro, previously vice-president and a judge since 2023, has been elected as the new president of the Portuguese Constitutional Court. Rui Guerra da Fonseca was also elected to fill the vice-president position.
