Azerbaijani President Aliyev Discusses Reconciliation with Russia and Tensions with EU

President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan discussed reconciliation efforts with Russia and ongoing tensions with the European Union and France during a forum, stating that the country would barely notice if it left the Council of Europe.
