(ANSA) - ROMA, 11 MAR - Ambassador Davide Giglio presented his credentials to President Hilda C. Heine in Majuro today, officially taking up his post as Italian Ambassador to the Republic of the Marshall Islands. He reaffirmed Italy's sensitivity to the environmental challenges affecting the country, its commitment to combating climate change, and the fruitful bilateral cooperation within the United Nations Human Rights Council, of which both countries are members.
