Law Allowing Sworn Garda Testimonies in Omagh Bombing Inquiry Comes Into Effect

A new 'bespoke' law has come into effect, enabling current or former members of the gardaí and Irish army, as well as departmental officials or ministers, to provide sworn testimony in the Omagh bombing inquiry.
