Irish Law Society Proposes Compromises in Criminal Legal Aid Dispute

The Law Society of Ireland has sent a letter to Jim O’Callaghan outlining proposed measures to resolve the ongoing dispute over criminal legal aid payments, which is now under consideration by the Department of Justice.
