Teenager Charged as Adult in Stepsister's Rape and Murder
A 16-year-old, Timothy Hudson, will be tried as an adult for the rape and murder of his 18-year-old stepsister, Anna Kepner, during a family boat trip in the US. A federal judge upheld the decision to try him as an adult.
