Recto Responds to Plunder Charges Over PhilHealth Fund Transfer

Executive Secretary Ralph Recto has addressed the plunder and malversation complaint filed against him concerning the alleged illegal transfer of PhilHealth funds, stating he has questions about its origin and suggesting the opposition or Batangas 1st District may be behind it. Recto maintains the fund transfer was legal and dismisses the charges as harassment.
