Estonia Considers Allowing NATO Citizens to Serve in National Defense
Estonian lawmakers are proposing changes that would allow citizens of other NATO member states who belong to the Defense League to take on voluntary military service obligations. This would enable them to serve in wartime posts requiring a military rank.
