Driver Hits Two Pedestrians in Zagreb While Drunk, Flees Scene
Police in Zagreb arrested a driver who, with a blood alcohol level of nearly 3 per mille, struck a 48-year-old woman and a minor at a pedestrian crossing before fleeing the scene; the minor was seriously injured.
