First Wind Turbine Dismantled at Latvia's Oldest Wind Farm
The first wind turbine at Latvia's oldest wind farm in Grobiņa has been fully dismantled after technical problems were discovered. The park, which began operations in 2002, originally had 33 turbines, and this process is seen as valuable experience.
