Polish Supreme Court President Affirms Dariusz Barski's Appointment as National Prosecutor

Zbigniew Kapiński, the new First President of the Supreme Court, stated in an interview that Dariusz Barski was correctly appointed as the National Prosecutor and suggested a short law to confirm the validity of judicial nominations since 1990.

Zaznacza też, że wyroki trybunałów europejskich nie są źródłem prawa.
