Estonian Prosecutor's Office Redirects Conditional Termination Funds to NGOs via Lottery

The Estonian Prosecutor's Office has changed how financial obligations from conditionally terminated criminal cases are handled, now allowing the money to be distributed to NGOs through a lottery system instead of going to the state treasury. Two local sports clubs recently received €600 each.
