Stolac Lacks Local Communities, Constitutional Court Opinion May Restore Them

The municipality of Stolac currently has no local communities, despite them being a legal obligation for local self-government units. An opinion from the Constitutional Court could potentially lead to the restoration of these direct forms of democracy in Herzegovina.
