Spanish family fights for cerebral palsy aid after court victory
A Spanish family, Joaquín and Julieta, are struggling to receive a €500 aid for their son Ignacio, who has cerebral palsy, despite a court ruling in their favor against the Xunta. The regional government had reduced his dependency degree in 2023, a decision later annulled by justice, but the aid remains unpaid for over six months.
