Madhuri sells Juhu apt for Rs 4.40cr after 14 years; earns 127% return

Madhuri Dixit and her husband, Dr Shriram Madhav Nene, have sold another apartment in Mumbai's upscale Juhu locality for Rs 4.40 crore, nearly 14 years after purchasing it for Rs 1.94 crore. The deal reflects a capital appreciation of around 127 percent, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
